Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s wedding preparations have begun in full swing at Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan
After keeping mum about their romantic relationship for the past few years, Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are all set to tie the knot in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The couple seems to have followed the footsteps of Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma, Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal-Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor as they have kept the details of their upcoming nuptials under the wraps. However, if recent reports are to be believed, their wedding is organised by an event company.
According to India.com, the couple has booked lavish suits for themselves, their families and close friends at the resort. Bangalore Times has reported that the actors will be tying the knot on February 6th. Their pre-wedding ceremony includes a sangeet on February 5th. They will also be hosting their wedding reception the day after their wedding. The couple has organised events which will give their guests a glimpse of the Rajasthani culture, during their three-day function. According to the entertainment media publication, Sidharth and Kiara have organised a traditional Kathputli dance, performance by the Manganiyar artists and camel rides in the Sam Sand Dunes for their guests. They have also arranged for a lavish spread of cuisines for their wedding. Not only will the guests have choices in Continental food, but they will be presented with Rajasthani delicacies like bajre ki roti, bajre ka soyta. The news and reports of their upcoming wedding has taken social media by storm. Their fans are over the moon to see their favourite couple getting married. For the unversed, Sidharth and Kiara got close to each other while working for the movie Shershaah, a biopic of Captain Vikram Batra.
On the work front, Kiara Advani was last seen in Govinda Naam Mera alongside Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar and Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Mission Majnu alongside Rashmika Mandanna. Both the movies were released on OTT platforms.
