Sidharth Malhotra Wants To Reunite With Shershaah Partner Kiara Advani, Among His Previous Co-Stars
Actor Sidharth Malhotra has recently delivered his career-best performance in the latest Amazon Prime offering, Shershaah. Apart from getting praised for portraying the role of fierce Captain Vikram Batra on the celluloid, the actor was highly praised for his chemistry with actor Kiara Advani who essayed the role of Vikram’s ladylove Dimple Cheema. Even though this was their first outing, netizens thought their chemistry was scintillating. Maybe that's why the actor would love to reunite again with his rumoured girlfriend Kiara for another project.

In a recent chat with Etimes, Malhotra was asked who he would like to reunite among his previous co-stars - Katrina Kaif, Shraddha Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Tara Sutaria and Kiara. He promptly took Kiara Advani’s name, citing that people are loving Vikram Batra and Dimple’s love story in Shershaah. “No offence to any of my actresses, I have loved and enjoyed all their work. It is tough to choose but I believe in being in the present. Today, the kind of love that Vikram and Dimple’s love story is getting, so if me, Kiara (Advani), director Vishnu Varadhan come together for another film, it would be great.”

Well, it would indeed be great to watch Kiara and Sid again onscreen for a longer time unlike in Shershaah.

For the unversed, Advani and Malhotra are rumoured to be dating each other for a while now but they have been tight-lipped. Even though the duo is often seen together outside their building or in public outings, Kiara and Sid have never spilled the beans on their rumoured relationship.

SpotboyE.com gave 3.5 stars to Shershaah. An excerpt of the review read, “Shershaah replays the events leading up to Vikram’s death during the 1999 Kargil war with a brusque efficiency. It doesn’t take the war genre forward. That isn’t what this project set out to do. It aspired to bring alive a true hero’s saga, and it does that successfully.”

Helmed by Vishnuvaradhan, Shershaah was released on August 12 on Amazon Prime Video.
