Popular TV and film actor Sidharth Shukla breathed his last on Thursday morning. The actor was 40 years old. He is survived by his mother and two sisters. As per Times of India report, Shukla's rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill was by his side when he breathed his last. The actor's funeral will take place today. Since Sidharth's shocking death news broke out, celebrities have been expressing their shock on social media.

Karan Johar, too, took to Instagram and expressed his grief over the loss of the talented actor. Sharing a picture of the late actor, filmmaker KJo wrote, "I want to always remember your warm smile and your kind heart.. Rip dearest Sidharth."

As many already know, Sidharth last appeared on popular reality shows Bigg Boss OTT and Dance Deewane 3. Talking about Bigg Boss OTT, hosted by Karan Johar, Sidharth had a lot of fun along with Shehnaaz Gill. Karan, Sidharth and Shehnaaz even recreated Gill's popular 'Twadda Kutta Tommy' dialogue that went viral on social media after Yashraj Mukhate created a video on it. Several memes were made on it, and even a few celebrities joined the fun and shared their versions. Shehnaaz and Sidharth also entered the house and interacted with the contestants. Besides that, Sidharth Shukla made his Bollywood debut in in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which starred Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. The movie was directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania cast Varun, Alia and Sahil Vaid also offered their condolences.
