Son Of Sardar Producer’s BMW Tries To Run Over A Traffic Cop; FIR Filed

Recently, an FIR was lodged against the driver of a BMW car that was owned by the film producer NR Pachisia. It reported that the driver tried to run over a traffic police near Khar road. Nr Pachisia has produced many films like Ajay Devgn's Son Of Sardar, Tusshar Kapoor and Ayesha Takia's Kya Hai Love Story, Sunny Deol's Joh Bole So Nihal, to name a few. Due to this incident, the on-duty traffic cop Sanjay Shah filed an FIR against the driver of the car when the car entered the no-entry zone. The incident happened at Khar West.
In the FIR, the police haven’t mentioned Pachisia’s name. They are trying to figure out who was driving the car. A case of rash driving and endangering the lives of others along with a slew of motor vehicles section has been registered against the driver of the car.
According to the Mumbai Mirror report, the traffic warden Sanjay Shah stated that the incident took place around 30th May at 9 am, when he was on duty at the 13th road in Khar West when the BMW car had entered a no-entry zone. I motioned him to stop but the driver sped away. I could have been grievously hurt,” said Shah.
“I informed the Khar Residents Association which asked me to register an FIR,” he said. “We are trying to ascertain who w was driving the car, whether it was Pachisia or his driver. Strict action will be taken against the guilty,” said a police officer.
