Sona Mohapatra Questions Vilification Of Rhea Chakraborty: ‘Broadcasting Bikini Pics Or Calling Her Vish-Kanya Is The Correct Manner To Go About It?’
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is being probed by the Central Bureau of Intelligence (CBI) after the Supreme Court passed its verdict. Sushant’s father KK Singh had filed an FIR in Patna, accusing rhea Chakraborty of abetting Sushant’s suicide and since then, the actress has been at the receiving end of extreme hatred and criticism online. Rhea finally broke her silence a few days ago in her interview addressing some of the allegations leveled against her. Now, Sona Mohapatra has condemned the public vilification of Rhea Chakraborty and said that calling her derogatory names is not the right way to go about seeking justice.

Sona Mohapatra tweeted, “Have tried my very best to stay away from the crazy on social media & media in general in the last month to preserve any ounce of sanity or creativity. Have to say this though, the details of the witch hunt yet percolate in & make me nauseous. #RheaChakroborty #Journalism ?!” Sona Mohapatra also replied t a Twitter user who said they were disappointed in her as they were expecting Sona to ‘side with justice’. Sona wrote that while she believes justice must be sought and served, broadcasting bikini pictures of Rhea and calling her offensive and derogatory names is not done.

Sona’s tweet read, “The death is very tragic & justice must be sought & served. Also, the circumstances do not seem above board. No one is questioning that. Broadcasting bikini pictures of Rhea or calling her ‘Vish-Kanya’ & other derogatory names is the correct manner to go about it? Enough said.”
