It was around Christmas when fashionista Sonam Kapoor announced her upcoming venture, Blind, to go on floor in January 2021 in Glasgow. During a conversation with ETimes, the producer Sujjoy Ghosh revealed a lot about this Shome Makhija’s directorial venture.  Spilling the beans, the producer revealed the actress being trained by a visually paired coach for this flick. Also when the producer was asked about Sonam’s preparation for the role, he shared the preparation for her role being pretty challenging.

He further shared that the actress has been working with the director and also a coach being hired by the makers to let her learn the nuances of a blind person. He was quoted saying, “It's a challenging role but Sonam is doing it well; Shome has been working with her diligently. She has worked hard with a coach hired by us, to understand the nuances of playing blind.” He was also quizzed whether her coach was present on the sets.

To which he replied, “No, that was part of Sonam's prep and since she has a house in London and she stays here often, it fell into place perfectly.”



The producer also shared of the shooting the film in a start to finish schedule and his entire cast being in the UK currently shooting for it. Regarding the shoot location he shared, “We are only travelling from the hotel, where we are staying, to the place where we are shooting.
