Sonam Kapoor Posts The Sweetest Birthday Wish For ‘Behen’ Swara Bhasker, Says: ‘Your Courage And Spunk Is So Inspiring’
As Swara Bhasker celebrates her birthday today, Veere Di Wedding co-star Sonam Kapoor took to social media to wish her in the most adorable way. She penned a heartfelt note for her ‘behen’ while also saying that she can’t wait to celebrate once the lockdown is over.
Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhasker are sisters from different mothers, quite literally. The two onscreen co-stars have are not just best buddies but they are soul sisters too. One can understand their bonding as Sonam and Swara have worked in three films – Veere Di Wedding, Raanjhanaa and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Their most memorable performance was in 2018’s hit film Veere Di Wedding and fans loved their bond. Even during Sonam’s special day, her wedding day, Swara was there beside her rock solid and their friendship only inspires us.
Speaking of this, Veere Di Wedding star Swara Bhasker turned a year older today and her close friend and co-star Sonam Kapoor shared the sweetest birthday wish for the star. While wishing Swara, she shared a few pictures of Swara with herself from her wedding diaries and mentioned how ‘behen’ Swara’s courage and spunk inspires her. She also mentioned that she can’t wait to celebrate with her but she couldn’t due to the Coronavirus lockdown. She backed those adorable pictures with saying: “Happiest Birthday Swaru! Meanwhile, when Veere Di Wedding completed a year, the actress went down the memory lane as she took to Instagram and shared a picture of her veeres from the film featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and herself.
Sonam Kapoor who was last seen in The Zoya Factor which tanked at the box-office is currently practising social distancing and is locked with her husband Anand Ahuja due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
