Janta Curfew Mime On Sonam Kapoor: Actress' Reaction To It Proves She's Such A Sport– VIDEO
From the past few days, Sonam Kapoor has been having a tough time on Twitter, courtesy trolls. These days, the actress has been at the receiving end of criticism and backlash for sharing her opinion on almost anything and everything. The most recent instance was when Sonam Kapoor supported singer Kanika Kapoor, who was tested positive for coronavirus and slammed for her alleged negligence. Well, and she was no behind when it came to giving some befitting replies to all her trolls. Her latest tweet, however, is sure to bring a smile on your face.

It so happened that the Veere Di Wedding actress took notice of a video shared by a comic and mimicry artist Saloni Gaur, who is popular by her screen name Nazma Aapi. The clip sees the comedian imitating Sonam Kapoor’s accent and portraying her reaction on the Janta Curfew by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Needless to say, it was hilarious and Sonam, too, felt the same; however, she added how her sister Rhea Kapoor could have pulled off her accent better.

Sonam Kapoor’s tweet read, “This is tooo hilarious… please watch her page for some quarantine respite! I think @RheaKapoor imitates my accent much better!”

Check out the video below:

The video was, in a way, also mocking her accent but Sonam Kapoor chose to be a sport and appreciate her talent. She got hailed by her fans due to this very reason. We came across comments like, “Such a sport,” “You're a great sport!” Love you Sonam!! I have a special place for people in my heart, who can laugh on themselves :)” “That's the spirit.” (ALSO READ - Kanika Kapoor Coronavirus Row: Sonam Kapoor Receives Flak For Supporting The Singer, ‘Advisories Were Already In Place’)
