Sonam Kapoor won hearts with her performance in her last film The Zoya Factor co-starring Dulquer Salmaan. The actress has carved her niche in Bollywood and continues to entertain fans with her movies. Recently, Sonam took to her social media to share a throwback picture from the look test she did for a film. With the actress looking gorgeous in the picture, many fans took to the comments section wondering if the picture from the look test was for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram Leela.
On Saturday morning, the actress sharing an amazing picture on Instagram wrote, “A look test I did for a #flashbackfriday.” With Sonam looking scintillating, the picture has a resemblance to a scene featuring Deepika Padukone from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela. As Sonam is seen wearing an off-white colored long-sleeved blouse and a ghagra in the picture, her minimal make-up and left down flowy tresses look similar to Deepika’s look from the film. With only a slight difference between the actresses’ holding their props, fans couldn’t help but notice the similarities between Kapoor’s pose and the background with the sequence in the film that features Padukone in a similar look and pose. While Sonam rocked a similar look for her debut film Saawariya, the actress’s post did not give out that the look test was for her debut film.
Meanwhile, Sonam is currently very active on social media and shares great content for fans.
