Fans went into a tizzy after a wedding invitation of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor went viral yesterday. The invitation card had Ranbir and Alia’s name with the mention of date and venue on it as well. As per this viral wedding invitation, Alia and Ranbir are said to tie the knot on January 22, 2020, at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. As soon as the news broke, it flooded the social media platforms with Alia-Ranbir’s fan reactions.  But nothing is true!

Yes, folks. There is no marriage on cards for Alia and Ranbir so early and confirmation came from Alia’s mother Soni Razdan. The actress’ mother is pretty upset with this rumours and the fake wedding card making the rounds of the internet. When Times of India got in touch Soni Razdan, said, “It’s a non-issue. Please, don’t give these miscreants more publicity than they deserve." So guys chill you will have to wait for Alia to add Kapoor to her surname. Currently, her mother is totally disappointed.



Along with Soni Razdan, Alia’s uncle and filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt also said, “Alia is busy shooting for Sadak 2 in Ooty. I have got a call from all over the country inquiring about the same. How can it be real? It’s sad. There are so many mistakes on the card.”
After the news broke Alia Bhatt was also quizzed about the same at the Mumbai airport and the video of the same went viral. In the video Alia was seen blushing and breaking into a big laugh. Check out the video below-
