Sonu Mishra Quits 'Kala Hiran', Claims Film Was Meant To Defame Salman Khan Amid Ongoing Legal Battle
The controversy surrounding Kala Hiran: The Battle for Legacy has taken another dramatic turn. Actor Sonu Mishra has officially walked away from the project, alleging that the film was intended to tarnish Salman Khan's image rather than present a balanced narrative.
Speaking about his decision, Mishra revealed that he had initially agreed to be part of the film under the impression that it would portray Salman Khan's side of the story. However, after understanding the direction the makers were taking, he decided to exit the project.
"I was supposed to portray Salman Khan. When I realised that the film had been made to tarnish the name of a superstar and the reputation of Rajasthan's culture, my ethics didn't allow me to be a part of such propaganda against a senior actor," Mishra said, adding that creative differences with the filmmakers ultimately led to his departure.
