Actor Sonu Sood has turned messiah for the migrant workers stuck in the city and across the country even. By far, the actor has managed to help 750 migrant workers to reach home and has been winning hearts by his selfless and kind act. After helping many migrant workers stranded in the city to reach home safely, Sood now airlifts 177 girls stuck in Kerala. According to a report in the Times of India, Sonu Sood continues to walk an extra mile to do his best for migrant workers. After helping many migrant workers in the city reach home safely, the actor has now airlifted 177 girls stuck in Kerala’s Ernakulam. The girls who did the stitching and embroidery work were stuck at a local factory and had no place to go after the factory was shut down due to the imposed lockdown in the country. A source close to the actor said, “Sonu was informed about the same by a close friend from Bhubaneswar and he decided to take charge of the situation and do his best for the girls.”

The source went on to reveal that Sonu Sood had started the process by taking several permissions from the government to have the Kochi and Bhubaneswar airport to be operated. The source continued, “A special aircraft has been called from Bangalore to airlift these girls from Kochi who will be now taken to Bhubaneswar so they can finally reunite with their families.” As per the report, as the duration from Bhubaneswar to the village is 2 hours, the girls will be heading back home after their journey.


Meanwhile, as Sonu Sood according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the actor revealed that he has been getting requests from all across the country. The Simmba actor mentioned that he is trying his level best to reunite everyone with their families and said, “I will continue to do my best till the last migrant reach home.” As Sood continues to win the hearts of many with his good work, the actor #GharBhejo initiative with friend Neeti Goel is helping and has helped many reach home safely.
