Sridevi, Jhanvi and Khushi Celebrate Boney Kapoor's 61ST Birthday But Guess Who Is Missing
Boney Kapoor marked his 61st birthday with a quiet family dinner but his eldest two children Arjun and Anshula Kapoor were not part of the ocassion
Sridevi was the first to wish hubby Boney Kapoor a happy 61st birthday and she posted this picture of the duo ringing in the producer's new year.
Boney turned 61 with a family dinner at the posh eatery Hakkasan in Bandra and he was flanked by the three leading ladies in his life, Sridevi and daughters Khushi and Jhanvi.
But a few important faces are missing from the photo-op. It looks like Boney's two elder children, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor were not part of the celebration.
The equation between Boney's two children from his first wife, the late Mona Kapoor and their stepmother, Sridevi, was never known to be warm.
The elder Kapoor children are not a part of the Instagram-famous new Kapoor family and this time they seem to have missed their father's birthday too.
Sridevi however seemed keen to make up for their absence and flooded Instagram with throwback pictures of the couple together.
In a message to her husband of two decades, she wrote: Happy Birthday, my strength and my best friend.
Meanwhile the family recently grabbed headlines, thanks to a little mother-daughter tiff between Sridevi and elder daughter Jhanvi.
Reports claimed that Sridevi has imposed a no-boyfriend clause on her daughter Jhanvi Kapoor after photos of the latter kissing boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya went viral on the internet.
But in the birthday picture, all seems to be well with the picture-perfect family. We definitely hope so.
