Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Actor’s Family Reaches Mumbai For His Last Rites; Sister To Board Flight From The US On June 16
Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s family arrives in Mumbai to pay him last respects, while his US-based sister had asked for help to arrange her tickets
It hasn’t even been 24 hours since Sushant Singh Rajput left us but the loss still seems to be unbelievable, personal and beyond repair. The 34-year-old actor died due to suicide in his Mumbai apartment. It is being reported that depression was the reason behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise. Sushant might not be with us anymore but he has left a wide body of work to be cherished forever. His death came as a huge shocker to all his fans, friends and stars across the Bollywood industry.
Soon after the news broke, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family, including his father and sisters, were spotted arriving in Mumbai from Patna to pay his last respects. Reportedly, the Kai Po Che actor’s funeral is slated to take place today and his mortal remains have been kept in the Cooper Hospital. Sushant’s one of the sisters Shweta Singh Kirti, who resides in the US, had taken to her Facebook account to ask for help in arranging her tickets as it was a bit difficult for her amid the Coronavirus pandemic.
Her status read, “I need to fly to India ASAP… not able to get any flight tickets... if anyone can help… please let me know.” However, it is being said that Shweta has managed to arrange a ticket for herself. Sushant Singh Rajput is survived by his father and four sisters.
