Sushant Singh Rajput's case has now become a convoluted case after Narcotics Control Bureau intervened in the matter. Earlier, the case was overseen by the Central Bureau of Investigation. After evidence of drug-related conversations, were discovered in the Enforcement Directorate’s investigation into Rhea Chakraborty, the NCB then registered an FIR against her. Amidst all this, a set of WhatsApp messages were doing rounds on social media where Rhea and her friends and SSR's house staff were interacting about 'stuff' which is reported to be drugs. They were also talking about how Rhea wants more 'doobie' as she only had one left with her. We even got to see the picture of the stuff during the conversation.
As this drug angle was taking a different turn in the case, Sushant's sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared the leaked pictures of the chats on her Twitter handle and wrote, "What was going on...#ArrestCulpritsOfSSR." After this tweet was shared, Sushant's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande who has been supporting his family and doing everything possible to show lend help in the case is appalled to see it as she quoted Shweta's tweet and exclaimed, 'Shocked.' Ankita, on various incidents, has taken a jibe at Rhea for her statements. Earlier, in an interview, Rhea claimed that SSR used to feel claustrophobic every time he sat inside a flight. Contradicting her statement, the Manikarnika actress shared an old clip of the late actor where he is seen sitting inside the cockpit while asking Rhea what she meant while calling him ‘Claustrophobic.’
Meanwhile, the Jalebi actress was reportedly grilled for almost 10-hours by the CBI officials as she supposedly could not convince the team with her statements and has been called in for the second time for interrogation along with her brother Showik Chakraborty. On the other hand, Rhea has also filed a complaint against the shutterbugs for harassing her and her family. She also requested for police protection.
