Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Bihar DGP Tweets As Police Headquarters Writes To BMC Requesting Release Of IPS Vinay Tiwari Quarantined In Mumbai
Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh lodged an FIR against his son’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and six others recently. The late actor’s father accused Rhea and six others of abetment of suicide and also levelled 16 allegations at the actress. Later, the Bihar police arrived in Mumbai and started investigating the case. Then, IPS officer Vinay Tiwari who arrived in Mumbai 4 days later to lead the team was kept under quarantine by the BMC. Now, the Bihar DGP writes to BMC commissioner requesting him to release quarantined Bihar's IPS who arrived in Mumbai to investigate late Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

As soon as Bihar's IPS Vinay Tiwari arrived in Mumbai recently, he was forced quarantined by the BMC officials. It was recently that Bihar DGP wrote a letter to the BMC requesting the release of quarantined IPS officer Vinay Tiwari whose quarantine ends on August 15. Now, after the Bihar DGP mentioned he might court, he tweets as Bihar Police headquarters writes to BMC commissioner.

On Twitter, Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey tweeted, “बिहार के पुलिस मुख्यालय ने आज BMC के आयुक्त को एक पत्र लिखकर माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की टिप्पणी का हवाला देते हुए बिहार के IPS विनय तिवारी को कोरंटिन से मुक्त कर बिहार वापस लौटने देने का अनुरोध किया है.उनके निर्णय का इंतज़ार है !”


In the tweet, the Bihar DGP mentioned that the Bihar Police Headquarters has written a letter to the Commissioner of BMC today, citing the remarks of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and has requested the release of Bihar's IPS Vinay Tiwari from quarantine. He also mentioned that the letter also requests IPS Vinay Tiwari’s return to Bihar and the DGP is currently awaiting the decision of the BMC commissioner.

Meanwhile, as the Bihar government requested a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, the plea was recently accepted by the Centre. Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai residence on June 14.
