Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Case Filed Against Rumoured GF Rhea Chakraborty In Bihar Court For Allegedly ‘Abetting’ SSR’s Suicide
A complaint was filed in Bihar court on Saturday against Rhea Chakraborty, accusing her of abetting the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death on June 14 came as a shock to one and all, and while the provisional cause of death was reported to be asphyxia due to hanging, further investigation, in this case, is still going on. A few days ago, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh stated that Mumbai Police will take into account Sushant Singh Rajput's reported clinical depression and professional rivalry angle will also be probed. Rhea Sushant’s rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was interrogated on June 18 for about 10 hours. Now, as per reports, a complaint has been filed in a court in Bihar against Rhea Chakraborty, on Saturday.
According to PTI, the report filed in Bihar court, accused actress Rhea Chakraborty of abetting the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput. Kundan Kumar, a resident of Muzaffarpur’s Patahi locality filed his petition before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar. The hearing has been reportedly scheduled for June 24. In the complaint, Kumar has accused Rhea of ‘financial and mental exploitation’ of Sushant Singh Rajput. Kumar’s lawyer Kamlesh said, “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud).”
This is the second petition which has been filed before the CJM’s court in Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
Earlier, advocate Kumar Ojha has filed a complaint against 8 people including Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan and Ekta Kapoor. While speaking to ANI, the advocate had said, “In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step."
