Last month, on June 14, the heartbreaking news of Sushant Singh Rajput's death had brewed a storm across the internet, leaving everyone in utter shock. The Kedarnath actor hung himself to death after reportedly fighting depression for a long time. Ever since then, lakhs of enraged fans, who are accusing certain biggies of Bollywood for allegedly pressurising Sushant into taking such severe step, are demanding a CBI probe in his death investigation. Actor turned politician Manoj Tiwari, too, had made a similar appeal recently. The BJP MP had attended Sushant's prayer meet in Patna as well.
Now, taking to his Twitter account, Manoj Tiwari has appealed for justice in Sushant Singh Rajput's case from Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray, on his birthday. Tagging the CM, Manoj wrote how it has been more than 40 days since the incident but an FIR hasn't been lodged yet. He further hoped for justice for Sushant and millions of his fans with folded hands. "Many happy returns of the Day @CMOMaharashtra Shri Uddhav Ji, on this day I request will folded hands to give justice to Sushant who died 43 days ago, FIR आज तक दर्ज नही हुई है, मुझे विश्वास है आप help करेंगे. please do justice to millions of @itsSSR fans," wrote the politician.
Earlier, Manoj had asked for a CBI interference. He had said, "The Maharashtra government should handover the case to CBI for a fair probe".

Manoj added, "When someone from outside the industry makes a place for himself and attains success, several forces get activated to block his way. Sushant lost his mother at the age of 16 but was not shaken. So what happened now which took him to this extent that he committed suicide?"
