Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Mumbai Court To Hear Rhea Chakraborty And Brother Showik Chakaborty’s Bail Plea Tomorrow
Rhea Chakraborty was arrested yesterday by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection to a drugs-angle probe linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death case. During her 3rd round of investigation, Rhea revealed to NCB that she procured drugs on SSR’s request. Following her arrest, she was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. The actress was presented to the magistrate court via video conferencing. NCB arrested Rhea under sections 8 (c), 20 (b), 27 (a), 28 and 29 of the NDPS Act. Rhea’s lawyer had applied for the bail but the court reportedly rejected it.

Now as per Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde, the actress and brother Showik’s bail plea will be heard by Mumbai’s Special Court tomorrow. ANI dropped a tweet which read, “Hearing in the bail applications of #RheaChakraborty and her brother Showik to be held on 10th September at Special Court, Mumbai: Satish Maneshinde, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer.” Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde took to his Twitter account and tweeted the bail copy of Rhea and her brother with a caption that read, “TruthMatters.” Read the bail copy below:

Reportedly, Sushant’s GF Rhea claimed that 80% of Bollywood consumes drugs during her bail plea hearing. During her earlier hearing, when Rhea was asked she was pressurized by any agencies, she claimed that she wasn’t pressurized. It is also being said that when her bail plea was rejected Chakraborty broke down in tears and said that what’s happening with her is wrong as 80% Bollywood celebrities consume drugs.

Meanwhile, NCB’s move of arresting Rhea has divided into two groups. While others are in complete support of the development, others are lending their support for the actress by posting her t-shirt quote.
