Bollywood lost one of the most talented actors in Sushant Singh Rajput who passed away on June 14, leaving everyone grieving. After his demise, there were many fans who have had their conspiracy theory, while others were expressing their anger on star kids and Bollywood biggies. Seeing so much going on with Sushant's demise, earlier, a petition was also filed in his suicide case against many Bollywood bigwigs like Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Karan Johar for allegedly abetting actor Rajput's suicide. Citing jurisdictional limitations, Bihar court dismissed the petition, as per a report by news agency PTI. According to the latest development, there's another PIL in Bombay HC which is filed by Sameet Thakkar who is seeking the constitution for SIT or a CBI probe into the suicide of Sushant.
 
The news was recently shared on Twitter by one of the reporters on ABP news. The tweet also has attached a couple of screenshots of the PIL that was submitted. As there are some fans filing a petition for the late actor, there are some like Kangana Ranaut, Shekhar Suman, Shatrughan Sinha, BJP MP Dr Subramanian Swamy is rigorously fighting for his justice along with millions of fans. On the other hand, Mumbai police are also doing their best to investigate the matter and have interrogated around 40 people including Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, Rumy Jafry. Reportedly, Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar have also been summoned by the police. Today, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt was spotted at the Santacruz police station for recording his statement in connection to the investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide.    
 
Meanwhile, on July 24, the actor's last film Dil Bechara released on Disney+ Hotstar which made many emotional. Mukesh Chhabra's debut directorial film stars Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan who was seen in a cameo.
