Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Shekhar Kapur Claims He Knew The 'People Who Let Him Down'; Says The Late Actor Used To Weep On His Shoulder
As Sushant Singh Rajput's death has left everyone in shock, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur took to Twitter to express grief and talk about late actor's mental state.
Fans and friends of Sushant Singh Rajput are still unable to believe that the actor is no more. His demise has left everyone in shock and numb. The actor who in his last film Chhichhore prompted that suicide is not a solution to anything, ironically took his own life by hanging himself by the ceiling fan in his bedroom. His mortal remains were found in his Bandra home and the postmortem report reveals that he died due to hanging. Social media is abuzz with condolence messages pouring in from all corners. Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur recently expressed grief.
Shekhar Kapur on Twitter wrote that he knew what Sushant Singh Rajput was going through and the actor even cried on his shoulders quite often talking about the people who let him down. The filmmaker wrote, "I knew the pain you were going through. I knew the story of the people that let you down so bad that you would weep on my shoulder. I wish I was around the last 6 months. I wish you had reached out to me. What happened to you was their Karma. Not yours. #SushantSinghRajput."

Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput's funeral is expected to take place today. His family has arrived in Mumbai from Patna, however, his sister who resides in the US is expected to touch down in the city on June 16.
