In the days following Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, a lot was said and reported, and several rumours and conspiracy theories surfaced on social media, a lot of which was unverified. Recently, footage from the day of Sushant's death showed a ‘mystery girl’ who was spotted near the ambulance and social media was abuzz with speculations of who the mystery girl really is. A few social media users claimes that the lady was Shibani Dandekar. Shibani, who is a friend of Rhea Chakraborty, has now slammed these claims.
Shibani Dandekar broke her silence and was furious as speculations about her being the ‘mystery girl’ were being made. Clarifying that it wasn’t her, she urged people to check facts before speculating anything. Slamming the claims, she tweeted, “This is NOT me nor is it Simone! Please fact check before you speculate .. this is his PR person Radhika Nihalani @radhikahuja and her assistant. Stop with the fake news! Enough! My silence doesn’t give you the right to continue spreading lies and hate.”
After Sushant’s death, Shibani had expressed her grief over the actor’s demise on Twitter. She had written, “This can’t be true .. absolutely gutted! Hard to understand what is happening right now ..This is so heartbreaking #sushantsinghrajput"

Meanwhile, the CBI has now taken over the investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, and has been acting swiftly. So far, several people linked to the actor have been questioned, including Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani and cook Neeraj.
