On Sunday, June 14, Bollywood, yet again, lost one of the greatest talents in Sushant Singh Rajput who ended his life at the age of 34. According to the reports, he was found dead at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai, yesterday morning. Also, his death brings in a focus on the issue of mental health. The sudden tragic news has shocked everyone and now all are mourning over his death. As Bollywood and Television industry were expressing their grief for the late actor, producer and Mahesh Bhatt’s brother Mukesh Bhatt revealed that he ‘saw it coming.’ That’s not it, he also revealed that he noticed “something amiss” and hinted that Sushant was heading ‘the Parveen Babi way’ as he felt that the late actor was ‘a very disturbed soul.’

 In a conversation with Times Now, Mukesh remembered meeting Sushant during the casting of Sadak 2, the producer admitted, "To be honest with you, I saw it coming," referring to Sushant's decision to end his life. "I had met Rajput on a number of occasions. The first time I met him was in 2012 when he had come to our office to meet me for Ashiqui 2," he said, adding that the project did not materialize with him. However, they crossed paths yet again during the casting of Sadak 2 where he and Alia Bhatt even discussed Rajput's interest in the movie. So when Mukesh met the actor for the same, he noticed that something felt out of place. “He was a very disturbed soul. There was something about him I felt which wasn't connected. And that bothered me more than anything else," he remembered.

However, even this film didn’t work out but he was quoted saying to the portal, "He was a very disturbed boy. He was not there, while talking to me, I felt that he was not on the same plain. There was something amiss, something wrong,” Bhatt said. Mukesh also revealed that as he was having a discussion with Mahesh, he expressed his fear that Sushant might be following Parveen's footsteps. "While the world is shocked about this tragic incident, I am not shocked because I saw it coming. But I am very depressed and very hurt because he was such a bright, talented young boy," Mukesh told the portal.
