After Irrfan Khan, Rishi Kapoor, and Wajid Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise has left everyone numb. The Kai Po Che actor rose to fame with TV show Pavitra Rishta opposite former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. Sushant was 34 and was battling depression. As per the latest reports, the late actor was all set to the tie knot in November as revealed by his cousin brother. Sushant Singh Rajput’s mortal remains were taken to the Cooper hospital where police are conducting a post-mortem. SSR will first undergo the COVID-19 test and if he tests positive then the autopsy will not take place. Speaking about the actor's funeral, as per a report in India Today Television, the actor's family will fly down to Mumbai from Patna and his funeral will take place here on Monday. The report states, “His funeral will take place in Mumbai tomorrow after his father flies down to the city from Patna, where he now lives.”
For the unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput hung himself to death at his Bandra apartment. The actor was reportedly under treatment for depression. As revealed by his Pavitra Rishta co-star and good friend Mahesh Shetty, he had stopped taking anti-depressants.
