Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has left his family, friends and fans in a huge state of shock. In a shocking turn of events, we have learnt that Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters never followed rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty on Instagram. The actor who died due to suicide on June 14, it was on a day later, on June 15 when his last rites were performed in the presence of family and friends. But, while a few friends from the fraternity attended Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral, Rhea was told by the family to not attend his funeral. The actress did go to Cooper Hospital to see Sushant just before his mortal remains were being taken for the last rites but she did not reach the cremation ground.
After Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden demise, the police have been investigating the actor’s suicide case and recording the statements of his family, friends and close ones. It was yesterday when rumoured GF Rhea Chakraborty was snapped at the Bandra police station when she arrived to record her statement and left after over 10 hours of questioning. While it was speculated that Rhea Chakraborty had a strained relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput’s family, sources inform us that the actress was told not to attend the actor’s funeral by his family. As reported in the Times Of India and Pinkvilla.com, Rhea had also told the Police in her statement that she indeed did not have the best relationship with Sushant's family.
The source revealed that Sushant Singh Rajput’s family had made their decision about her presence at the funeral and had clearly told Rhea to not attend his last rites and Rhea did comply. While the source revealed how Sushant’s family did not fancy Rhea, much to our surprise, any of the actor’s sisters did not follow the actress on social media too. Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh and Shweta Singh Kirti do not follow Rhea Chakraborty on Instagram. Even Rhea does not follow both of them. In fact, both sisters are followed by Sushant's ex Kriti Sanon and they follow her back. In fact, Kriti has liked many of their posts over a period of time.
