It's been two months since Sushant Singh Rajput passed away, however, the cause behind his death remains to be a mystery. Earlier, it was being reported that Sushant was suffering from depression and that's what led him to take his own life. However, Sushant's father then filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and reportedly accused her of abetment to suicide, cheating and more. While the CBI is in the process to take over the investigation, the Enforcement Directorate is summoning a lot of people related to Sushant to investigate the money laundering angle.
Today, Sushant Singh Rajput's former staff member named Dipesh Sawant has been summoned by ED for investigation. As reported by Times Now, Dipesh is the one who first saw Sushant Singh Rajput's body hanging from the ceiling fan along with Sidharth Pithani in his room on June 14. Sidharth Pithani too was summoned by ED and Mumbai Police, and he has recorded his statement. Today it is Dipesh Sawant along with another staff member of Sushant known as Rajat who have reached ED's office for interrogation. The details of the interrogation are expected to be out soon.
Apart from this, Rhea Chakraborty, brother Showik Chakraborty and father Indrajit Chakraborty have appeared in front of the Enforcement Directorate several times in money laundering probe related to Sushant's case. In the FIR lodged by Sushant's father, he reportedly mentioned financial irregularities in Sushant's bank accounts. After which, ED reportedly filed a money laundering case against Rhea and others.
