Sushant Singh Rajput's Mortal Remains Being Taken From Cooper Hospital For The Last Rites
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life yesterday at his Bandra residence. The actor committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan post which his body was taken to Cooper Hospital for postmortem. 

The actor's body was also tested for Covid-19 and reports were negative. Now the actor's mortal remains are being taken from the hospital by his family for the final rites. 

The ambulance has just left from the hospital and will be going to his residence, post which the body will be taken to the Vile Parle crematorium for the funeral. A lot of his known ones from the industry are expected to be present there.


Sushant who became a popular name in the industry after playing Manav in Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta made his Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor aka Gattu's Kai Po Che. He worked with some big directors and also churned out hits. His work in MS Dhoni's biopic was appreciated by one and all. 

While he managed to have a successful stint in showbiz, the reason for his depression is not known yet, but reports claim that the actor was taking treatment for battling depression past 6 months. There are many loose talks taking place in the industry but no one clearly knows why Sushant took such a ghastly step. 

Sushant had just one film in his hand as of now which was Dil Bechara, based on the novel The Fault In Our Stars, produced and directed by Mukesh Chhabara. The film marks his last project.
