Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sis Shweta Shares Last WhatsApp Conversation With Him, 4 Days Before His Death; SSR Had Wanted To Fly To US, ‘Bhot Mann Karta Hai Di’
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti shared a lengthy emotional note recalling her fond memories with her brother and how protective she was of Sushant. She also shared a screenshot of their conversation 4 days before he died by suicide
It has been over a month since Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, and people are still trying to come to terms with the fact that the actor is no more. His sister Shweta Singh Kirti often shares the loveliest posts on social media remembering her brother, penning heartfelt emotional notes. In her latest one, she shared some old pictures, along with a screenshot from their conversation a few days before Sushant died by suicide. Along with it, she also wrote a lengthy note recalling their fond memories growing up together.
In the screenshot of the conversation she shared, we can see Shweta asking Sushant to come to the US for a month, to which Sushant had replied, “Bohat mann karta he dii.” In her note, she wrote how she is experiencing bouts of pain, and certain memories flood back and break her apart. She shared one such memory and wrote about how she was always told that her parents wanted a son, as her mom’s first child was a son whom she had lost at a very young age. While Shweta was born, her mother considered her lucky, and continued with her Sadhna, until a year later, Sushant was born. “So, this little one was my “Pithiya”. This is a term used in colloquial Hindi to signify the one who comes right after you. Mumma believed that I was the cause of his much-desired arrival into our lives and I accepted the honor whole heartedly. I was very protective about my little brother because I felt I was responsible for bringing him to this earthly plane,” wrote Shweta.
She then recalled a memory from back in school where Sushant walked half a kilometer to see his sister as he was feeling alone. “First, I tried to hide him in between me and my friend, but somehow my class-teacher noticed him while taking attendance. I was myself a little scared, but to protect my little brother, I stood up and told her that he is not feeling well and asked if he could stay with us until dismissal. To my amazement, the teacher agreed and we were so happy, but little after 2 periods as the social norm will have it, he was sent back to his building but by that time we have had so much fun that all of his anxiety were gone,” she wrote.

Shweta then remembered her wedding day and how Sushant hugged her tight and they both cried a lot. Concluding the note, Shweta Singh Kirti wrote, “I only wish I could have protected him from everything....I still wish I will wake up to see my Bhai... just right next to me and will realize this whole episode was just a nightmare and nothing more.”
