India Today has reported that in May 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput made some investments and in the nominee, he attached his sister Priyanka Singh's name.

For long, reportedly, Sushant Singh Rajput's family maintained that they did not know about the actor's mental illness and Rhea Chakraborty kept him away from his family. However, a few pieces of evidence have come to the fore that contradict their side of the story. It was recently that WhatsApp chats allegedly exchanged between the late actor and sister Priyanka on June 8 were revealed by India Today. The chats had his sister prescribing medicines for mental illness to him. Now, another set of evidence reveals that SSR made his sister Priyanka nominee in his investments made in May 2020.

India Today has received access to chats allegedly exchanged between Sushant and an employee of the bank, discussing financial investments. Another copy of this investment reveals that he made his sister Priyanka Singh the nominee. This revelation suggests that Sushant was in control of his finances, contrary to what his father has reportedly claimed in the FIR against Rhea Chakraborty.

When Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in a police station in Patna, he reportedly claimed that there were financial irregularities in his son's bank accounts. After this, the Enforcement Directorate came into action and started probing the money laundering angle.


Now, the Central Bureau of Investigation is probing Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, as well, as Narcotics Control Bureau. The NCB stepped in after a few chats of Rhea discussing the consumption of drugs came to light.
