Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti shares teaching her kids lessons from Bhagavad Gita
Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti recently took to social media handle to send out a healing message. The late actor’s sister shared a picture of her kids Freyjaa and Nirvanh seated in a meditating position, she shared these days, she has been teaching her kids lessons from Hindu holy book, Bhagavad Gita. Further explaining it in a detailed manner she spoke about the only way to overcome pain and restlessness is finding spirituality within us. She also shared a picture of a Yogi in a meditating position for better understanding.
She wrote in an Instagram post, “Teaching Freyjaa and Nirvanh Bhagavad Gita and practising its teachings in our daily lives. Heart-shattering pain and deep restlessness and hopelessness can only be handled by spirituality.” According to her when one connects with God within themselves, the person is charged with tremendous energy to deal with a lot of hurdles they face internally as well as externally. She further wrote, “When you connect with the God within, you have inexhaustible energy and power to deal with all the external and internal adversities.”
The actor’s sister who has been seen keeping faith in God, prayed for the good to win over the bad this time as well. She concluded her Instagram note with, “We love you, God, always be with us and guide us in the right path. May good always prevail over evil. Bhagavad Gita #Krishna #OurGuide.”
