Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide: Nirbhaya's Lawyer Seema Samridhi Bats For Actor; Requests PM To Transfer The Case To CBI
After Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, Nirbhaya’s lawyer Seema Samridhi bats for the actor. Taking to her social media account, Seema requested the PM to transfer the case to the CBI
It’s been more than a month since Sushant Singh Rajput ended his life at his Bandra apartment. Since then his fans have been demanding a CBI probe into his suicide case as they want answers to unsolved questions. However, the autopsy report confirmed that the Kai Po Che actor died of asphyxia, due to hanging. Later the detailed post-mortem report also ruled out any foul play. According to the report, his nails were clean, no struggle marks or external injuries on his body were found. As the actor's death marked one month, his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty broke her silence and demanded a CBI enquiry. Now, Nirbhaya’s lawyer Seema Samridhi bats for the actor. Seems stood with Nirbhaya's parents for 7 years to see to it that her rapist be hanged till death. The same gutsy woman has taken to her social media account requesting the PM to transfer the case to the CBI.
Seema Samridhi Tweeted, “माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सुशांत सिंह की मृत्यु का सच जानने का हम हर भारतीय का अधिकार है।लेकिन एक माह से ज्यादा समय हो जाने के बाद भी मुंबई पुलिस सच सामने लाने में नाकामयाब रही है।आपसे अनुरोध हम सब के पसंदीदा हीरो का केस आप सीबीआई को दीजिये। (Honourable Prime Minister, every Indian, deserves the right to know the truth of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. But even after more than a month, Mumbai Police has failed to reveal the truth. Request you to kindly give the case of our favourite hero to the CBI.)
Recently, Rhea had taken to social media to demand justice for her boyfriend. Rhea tweeted as Sushant’s girlfriend and requested a CBI interference to know what kind of pressure made the actor take such a drastic step. Rhea’s Tweet read, "Respected @AmitShah sir, I’m Sushant Singh Rajputs girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, it is now over a month since his sudden demise I have complete faith in the government, however in the interest of justice, I request you with folded hands to initiate a CBI enquiry.”

Seema Samridhi, is Nirbhaya’s lawyer who fought for 7 years to prevail justice for the girl who was raped and brutally injured on Dec 16, 2012. Four convicts, Pawan Gupta, Akshay Kumar Singh, Mukesh Singh and Vinay Sharma, involved in the brutal gang rape were hanged to death on March 20, 2020.
