Sushant Singh Rajput To End 2019 With 3 Films But Dil Bechara Gets Pushed To 2020
2019 was supposed to be a year of back to back releases for actor Sushant Singh Rajput and it happened as well. As per plans, the actor though started 2019 on a low note with Sonchiriya, his next college drama titled Chhichhore got the box office figures ringing. Meanwhile, the beginning of the month saw the release of his digital movie, Drive and followed by it was Sushant’s next film Dil Bechara, but now the plans have been altered.

The actor will close this year with three instead of four releases, as Dil Bechara got pushed to 2020. According to a report in Pinkvilla.com, the makers of Dil Bechara have postponed the movie’s release to 2020, as the concern film team requires more time for post-production and hence shall release it in early 2020. Though the makers did not announce the release date now, they have affirmed to make an official announcement soon. Earlier the movie which was supposed to mark casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut venture was scheduled to release on November 29, 2019. A source was quoted saying, “Dil Bechara will not release on November 29 anymore. There have been last-minute changes and the team needs a little more time for the post-production of the film. So they have collectively decided to shift the movie to an early 2020 date instead. The announcement will be officially made soon." 


Though there were rumours of the makers planning to release Dil Bechara digitally like Drive, the makers have denied the same. Dil Bechara is an official screen adaptation of the novel, The Fault In Our Stars; marking Bollywood debut of Sanjana Sanghi
