Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has garnered a huge fan following thanks to decades of heard-work in the entertainment industry. She has always strived to perform better for her family and fans. The diva recently took to her official social media handle to share shocking news. She revealed that she had suffered from a heart attack a couple of days ago. While she is well and recovering well, her fans were left worried for health.
Taking to Instagram, the actress shared an unseen picture with her father. In the caption she recalled her father’s wise words. She went on to explain that she got her angioplasty done. The 47-year-old went on to joke that even her doctors confirmed that she has a big heart. She wrote in the caption, “‘Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona’ (Wise words by my father @sensubir). I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back…Angioplasty done…stent in place…and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’.”
She further added in the caption, “Lots of people to thank for their timely aid & constructive action…will do so in another post! This post is just to keep you (my well wishers & loved ones) informed of the good news …that all is well & I am ready for some life again!!! I love you guys beyond!!!!”
In a matter of time, Sushmita’s fans and admirers took to the comments section of the post to express their well wishes and filled it with heart emojis. One fan wrote, “This is freaking, nowadays heart attacks have become so very common. Inspite of so much exercise and healthy well being it’s a big surprise and good to know that you are good thanks for the positive vibes always.”
On the work front, Sushmita has Taali, a biopic on the life of transgender social activist Gauri Sawant, in the pipeline.
