After getting their marriage registered in February, Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker and political activist Fahad Ahmad hosted a grand intimate wedding ceremony for their close friends and families in Delhi. They went on to also host their wedding receptions in Mumbai as well as Delhi. Pictures and videos from the gatherings are currently going viral, as their friends have been sharing glimpses of the happy couple’s reception on social media.

Swara too took to her official Instagram handle to share a glimpse of her wedding ensemble. Revealing that her lehenga was designed by a Pakistani designer Ali Xeeshan, she opted for a beige ensemble that highlighted her natural beauty. The actress paired her outfit with a matha patti, a big nose ring, heavy necklace and minimal make-up. The newly married couple’s friends have been taking to social media to share pictures and videos from the wedding reception. One of their guests wrote, “Heartfelt wishes to a child @FahadZirarAhmad spending years in school to shoulder the responsibility @ReallySwara and your success lies in making her remain a child throughout the life. For the unversed, It was in February, that she left everyone shocked by announcing her court marriage with Fahad. The couple from then on has been on the receiving end of nasty comments, hateful memes and unpleasant opinions. Many leaders and netizens have been constantly taking a dig at her reminding her of the gruesome Shraddha Walkar case.
