Swara Bhasker’s Web Series Rasbhari To Be Pulled Down From OTT Platform? Actress Shares Parody Account Responsible For Spreading Fake News
After the news of web series Rasbhari being taken off from Amazon Prime surfaces on the internet, Swara Bhasker claims parody account responsible for it
Swara Bhasker has been in news for her opinions regarding several piping hot issues in the industry as well as on the social networking sites. Meanwhile, she still remains vocal about it; her web series Rasbhari hit the OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video recently. One of the Twitter accounts, mentioned about this web series being removed from the OTT platform, was allegedly tweeted by Amazon Prime itself. The reason being, it did not receive good ratings on IMDB site. But there is no truth to it as the tweet came from a parody account.
The tweet read, “#PadtaalVideo @ReallySwara की अमेज़न प्राइम वीडियो पर एक वेबसीरीज़ आई है- रसभरी. दावा है कि @PrimeVideoIN ने इसे अपने प्लेटफॉर्म से हटाने के बारे में ट्वीट किया है. कारण बताया IMDb पर ख़राब रेटिंग. पड़ताल: दावा फर्ज़ी है. ट्वीट एक पैरोडी अकाउंट ने किया है.” To this Swara Bhasker replied and agreed too, mentioning how often such misleading verdicts are released on fake accounts. Concluding her tweet with #RasbhariOnPrime which indicates the web series is still being available on the OTT platform.

Swara Bhasker was last seen in Veere Di Wedding and her upcoming movie, Sheer Qorma which speaks about LGBTQIA community, saw the makers unveiled its first look poster in October 2019. It co-stars Divya Dutta opposite Swara in the film, it will also see Shabana Azmi portraying Divya’s on-screen mother.
