Taapsee Pannu Speaks In Defense Of Rhea Chakraborty; Says 'Every Woman Who Is With Relatively More Successful Man Is NOT A Gold Digger'
Rhea Chakraborty is reportedly the prime accused in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The late actor's father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in a Patna police station. Rhea and Sushant were reportedly in a live-in relationship, and they separated only a few days before the actor's demise. Sushant's family has reportedly accused Rhea with allegations such as abetment of suicide, cheating and more. However, of late, many celebrities have come forward to support Rhea Chakraborty, voicing their opinion against the alleged media trial going on against the actress. Now, Taapsee Pannu has spoken up.

In her latest tweet, she reposted a tweet talking about the news surrounding Rhea. Taapsee wrote, "Every woman who is with a relatively more successful man is NOT a ‘gold digger’ and for the rest , truth and investigating  agencies will do their job. One step at a time." It is not the first time that Taapsee has shared her opinion on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.

Earlier, she had shared on Twitter, "I didn’t know Sushant on a personal level nor do I know Rhea but what I know is, it only takes to be a human to understand how wrong it is to overtake judiciary to convict someone who isn’t proven guilty. Trust the law of the land for your sanity and the deceased’s sanctity."


Apart from Taapsee Pannu, Vidya Balan too had tweeted in support of Rhea Chakraborty and raised her concern over the alleged media trail. However, she faced a lot of backlash on social media.
