Tejas New Poster: Kangana Ranaut Looks Fierce And Bold As An Indian Air Force Pilot; Film To Take Off This December

Kangana Ranaut once again will play a bold and fierce role after Manikarnika and Panga. The actress has been choosing some powerful scripts that are high on content with meaty roles. Well, this time around she is set to play another warrior role which is an Indian Air Force pilot. Kangana will be essaying the role of an Air Force Pilot in her upcoming film, Tejas. The film is said to be an ode to the brave Air Force Pilots of India. The new-look of Kangana has now been unveiled where we get to see strong and powerful Ranaut in the Air Force Pilot uniform standing at the runway against her aircraft which has 'Tejas' word written on it.

While sharing the picture on Instagram, Kangan's team wrote, "#Tejas to take-off this December! Proud to be part of this exhilarating story that is an ode to our brave airforce pilots! Jai Hind #FridaysWithRSVP" “Tejas is an exhilarating story where I have the privilege of playing an air force pilot. I am honoured to be a part of a film that celebrates these brave men & women in uniform who make immense sacrifices in the line of duty every day. Our film celebrates the armed forces and its heroes ... Excited to take this journey with Sarvesh and Ronnie” Kangana's statement read.

Tejas is the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot. The Indian Air Force was the first of the country's defence forces to induct women into combat roles in 2016. The film takes inspiration from this landmark event. Written and to be directed by Sarvesh Mewara, this is another RSVP film after Vicky Kaushal’s URI: The Surgical Strike that salutes the armed forces and aims to inspire the country at large.
