The talk of the town is Deepika Padkone. A little before the clock struck twelve, she shocked a lot of people present at the Filmfare Awards last night.
The Happy New Year actress walked in with a big smile on her face!!!
She later went on to groove with Kapil Sharma, Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan & Karan Johar.
Clearly, Deepika and Times Group had mended fences.
Reams of print and hours of prime time television were dedicated in September last year to how a story had been weaved by Bombay Times around an alleged cleavage-flashing act by the actress. A long saga of tweets and other ugly exchanges between the two parties had ensued. And then the film industry jumped in to support Deepika.
All's well that ends well. We are definitely not complaining.
