The Sky Is Pink: Priyanka Chopra Excited For The Film's Premiere At Tiff, Can't Wait For Early Reviews

Priyanka Chopra is marking her comeback to Bollywood with The Sky Is Pink. It was to happen with Salman Khan's Bharat but in 'nick' of the time, she decided to get married and had to let go of that project. Then she signed Farhan Akhtar's The Sky Is Pink. The film also stars Farhan and Dangal star Zaira Wasim in pivotal roles. The Sky Is Pink is complete and is all set to have its first premiere at TIFF.
Elated Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram account and made the announcement. She said that the film will be showcased at the ongoing Toronto International Film Festival and she can't wait to read the early reviews. Along with the post, she shared a picture that has her posing with Zaira, Farhan and Rohit Saraf posing for the lenses. They seem to be at a beach shooting the film. Check out her post below:
The Sky Is Pink will make it to the theatres on October 11, 2019. We are hoping that PeeCee, who has now become a global icon, will come down to Mumbai to promote her film. We don't know whether Zaira who has retired from Bollywood citing that it is affecting her bond with her religion, will promote the film or not. Hence, Priyanka presence during the promotions will be crucial.
The Sky Is Pink is directed by Sonali Bose and is produced by Priyanka's production house along with Farhan's Excel Entertainment.
