The Time When Alaya F’s Excitement Dipped When A Fake Baby Bump Covered Her Abs In Jawaani Jaaneman
Alaya F was thrilled to shoot a pregnancy scene in the movie, Jawaani Jaaneman until she realized her abs will get covered
Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya F had a dream Bollywood debut with Jawaani Jaaneman, starring alongside two talented stars of the industry Saif Ali Khan and Tabu. Extremely fit and having an enviable body, the budding actress also had to play a pregnant woman during the second phase of the film. Though the actress was totally excited to film this sequence, the excitement remained only till she came to know she had to sport a baby bump which will hide her washboard abs.
In conversation with Mumbai Mirror, she revealed about her shooting experience and shared how people around her complimented her for acing the act. She said, “That I looked cute with a pregnant belly. It was a very real-looking, heavy prosthetic belly which gave me a backache. I was excited about getting pregnant till I realised the abs I’d taken months to acquire would be covered up.” Though she aced the scene which covered her fit abs, she was left with backache due to the heavy prosthetics.
Taking about receiving positive reviews for her performance in the movie she further added, “Not one criticism for my performance; it was too good to be true! So then, the hunt began for one bad review, even among the YouTube trolls.”
In the flick Alaya who played Tia suddenly arrives at Jaswinder Singh’s (Saif Ali Khan)doorstep claiming to be his daughter. Tabu played her onscreen mother and trio just nailed it with their on-screen chemistry.
