Sridevi was one of the most versatile actresses of Hindi cinema. She had given us many iconic and unforgettable movies and songs- that her fans still cherish. It’s been more than three years since Sridevi died due to accidental drowning. Her fans continue to miss her and are still struggling to come to terms with her tragic demise. Sridevi’s throwback priceless photos often surface on social media and break the internet, leaving us all emotional.

On Saturday, Boney Kapoor shared an unseen old photo featuring him and Sridevi on Instagram. In the click, the couple can be seen eating ice cream. Alongside the photo, the producer wrote, “We both had a sweet tooth , she had control of how much to have & me no control.” The photo had Boney geo-tagged as being taken in Cannes and suggests that it might be taken during the couple's trip to the French Riviera. Sridevi is seen biting through her ice cream with Boney handing her a bite as well. As soon as he shared the click, fans and netizens took to the comments section to express their love for the late actress. 

While one user wrote, “Miss her so much. Such a loss to her fans,” another said, “Miss you sridevi ji.”


Boney Kapoor on Sunday treated fans to another rare old shot of Sridevi from their trip to Tokyo. The post was captioned, “In Tokyo: walking out of the hotel lobby. We were there for the premiere of English Winglish. It remains one of the most successful Indian film in Japan.” For the unversed, Sridevi breathed her last on February 24, 2018, from accidental drowning. She was found unconscious in her bathtub in Dubai by her husband Boney Kapoor. She is survived by her husband Boney and daughters- Janhvi Kapoor, and Khushi Kapoor.
