Trouble In Paradise Causes Nargis Fakhri To Leave India In A Jiffy?
Nargis Fakhri has stopped promoting her upcoming flick Amavas and jetted off to the US now. Our source reveals her troubled personal life is the cause
Actress Nargis Fakhri who will be seen in Bhushan Patel’s Amavas that stars Sachiin Joshi in it, is nowhere to be seen doing promotions of the film. While she was present for the film’s trailer launch and interviews, after that, we hear she made an early exit leaving the makers of the film in disbelief.
A source close to the production house revealed, “The first two days of promotions were good but after that she started throwing tantrums and while she had promised to take part in city promotions and other things lined up to promote the film, she didn’t stay back for them. The makers hence couldn’t be a part of any reality shows. Her presence did help in PR interviews but as the film was closer to its release, Nargis failed to cooperate.”

While no one from the team could be reached since they all were travelling, the source says Nargis was requested several times by the makers to not leave India for the sake of promotions. But, her frequent mood swings became a topic of discussion.
Apparently, her disturbed relationship with American director Matt Alonzo was causing stress and disturbance in her life. Also, the makers are blaming Nargis for delays in the film as the promotions weren’t happening properly in her absence. Now, Navneet Kaur Dhillon has stepped in to be a part of the city tours but for the TV shows, it is too late to plan. Several TV artistes are coming forward to help and one amongst them happens to be Ali Asgar who is going out of his way to help the team in promotions, said the source.
