Coronavirus pandemic has been spreading globally and the number of cases is only increasing day-by-day. In a bid to fight coronavirus pandemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced a nationwide lockdown last week. People are now staying indoors, and many parts of the world are strictly in self-quarantine. Akshay Kumar’s wife Twinkle Khanna broke her foot a few days ago, and since then, she is not just stuck at home, she is also confined to her bed. She took some time out to share some excerpts of her story ideas from some time ago, and it has left Netizens shook.

Twinkle Khanna shared her story ideas from 2015, that she had pitched to her editor, but they got rejected. She wrote, “This was a rough story idea I had pitched to my editor @Chikisarkar-as you can see on the date this note was created-all the way in Oct 2015.She rejected it saying’far-fetched,no scope for humour’Won’t write it now, but guess who is having the last laugh at the far-fetched bit:)” She shared pictures of the excerpts, one of which talked about a country in quarantine. It read, “Major upheaval in the country - quarantined, airports are shut, the army is checking houses, neighbours have to report infected people who are then taken and put in camps...Scientists are trying to come up with a cure but the bacteria keeps mutating."

While the post was supposed to be a hilarious dig at her editor, Netizens are blown by her prediction. While one fan wrote, “Eerie ... and definitely no scope for humour.. you must also get a science editor .. DNA of gut bacteria? You mean microbiome right... or just confuse them till they give up making sense... wicked,” another fan wrote, “Lol. You're a visionary !”


A comment on Twinkle Khanna’s post read, “Damn. This is eerie. Also you are a soothsayer.” Twinkle had a hilarious reply, “Baba Twinkdev at your service :)” In other news, Twinkle Khanna broke her foot a few days ago, and a masked Akshay Kumar drove her to the hospital amid deserted roads.
