Uri: The Surgical Strike Actor Navtej Hundal Passes Away
Bollywood actor, Navtej Hundal, who is also the father of TV actress Avantika Hundal, breathed his last on Monday (April 8). He is survived by his wife and two daughters
Navtej Hundal, who was last seen in Uri: The Surgical
Strike, passed away on Monday (April 8). The actor has a body of work in
Bollywood for over a decade.
Sharing the news of his demise, Cine And TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) wrote on their official Twitter handle, “CINTAA expresses its deepest condolence on the demise of Shri Navtej Hundal. May his soul rest in peace. The cremation is at Oshiwara Crematorium, Relief Rd, Prakash Nagar, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Jogeshwari (W) at 11:00 am”

Navtej has worked in movies like Khalnayak (1993), Tere Mere
Sapne (1996), The Whispers (2009) and his last stint on big screen was Uri: The
Surgical Strike. The late actor was also an acting coach and father to TV
actress, Avantika Hundal, who stars in Divyanka Tripathi’s famous show, Yeh Hai
Mohabbatein. She essays the character of Mishika. May his soul rest in peace.
