Urmila Matondkar Reacts To Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Soft Porn Star’ Remark, Says The Female Anchor ‘Smiled Gleefully’ And Relished The Comments
Yesterday, Kangana Ranaut made a shocking statement in an interview, in which she called Urmila Matondkar a ‘soft porn star’. Kangana, while speaking to Times Now, claimed that she saw a very derogatory interview by Urmila Matondkar, in which she was ‘teasing’ Kangana throughout the interview. Kangana then called Urmila a ‘soft porn star’ saying that the actress is not known for her acting. Now, Urmila Matondkar has reacted to it and questioned whether all those who condemned slurs used for Kangana, would actively oppose this too.

Urmila Matondkar, while speaking to Barkha Dutt, pointed out how the female anchor who was interviewing Kangana smiled gleefully and relished the comments that Kangana was making. Urmila said that she doesn’t think anything was left to be said by her. She also pointed out how unfortunate it was that a female anchor, with glee in her eyes, and a smile on her face, was ‘relishing the comments’ that Kangana made. “I think you and I should bow out and give way to the new feminism that has come up in the country,” she said.

Urmila pointed out that in all of her interviews did she specifically complemented Kangana Ranaut for the actor that she is and has also acknowledged all her achievements.


Kangana, in her interview with Times Now, also said, that Urmila was attacking her on the basis of the fact that she is trying to please BJP for a ticket.
