Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s Latest Pictures From The Shoot Of Badrinath Ki Dulhania
Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, who returned to Mumbai last month after touring the US as part of the Dream Team tour, wasted no time and dived straight into the shoot of Shashank Khaitan’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, who returned to Mumbai last month after touring the US as part of the Dream Team tour, wasted no time and dived straight into the shoot of Shashank Khaitan’s Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Last week, we gave you a glimpse of the film’s ongoing shoot in Kota, Rajasthan (SPOTTED: Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt in Rajasthan, Sep 8). And now, we bring you the latest on-location pictures.
While the buzz suggested that Badrinath Ki Dulhania is the sequel to Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014), both Alia and Varun have rubbished the rumours time and again. Reportedly, Badrinath… revolves around Badrinath, a boy from Jhansi, his ‘dulhania’ (bride) and the issues they go through.
The film, being produced by Karan Johar under the Dharma Productions banner, will hit theatres in March next year.
Post Badrinath… Varun would begin working on Judwaa 2, which will be directed by his father, David Dhawan. The father-son duo had earlier worked together in Main Tera Hero (2014), which also featured Ileana D’Cruz and Nargis Fakhri in pivotal roles.
Alia Bhatt, on the other hand, will next be seen in Gauri Shinde’s Dear Zindagi. She shares screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in the film.
