Sushant Singh Rajput’s death made netizens and few stars from the industry open up about nepotism being a hurdle in outsiders’ career. Followed by his untimely death netizens on the social networking sites urged people to boycott star kids and their projects showcasing their anger towards the industry. Now as per reports Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan's much-delayed film Coolie No. 1 is also said to be hitting the OTT platforms soon, thus once again getting netizens to request all to boycott the film. This is clearly reflecting on Twitter as it is one of the top trends today.

So far there is no official confirmation on the film to be released on OTT platform, but the trolls have already targeted the film for the lead stars being the product of nepotism. "#CoolieNo1" began to trend on the microblogging site, along with some hard-hitting tweets which mentioned about Varun Dhawan’s recent motive to support SSR’s death case to have CBI probe because Coolie No1 was releasing. Some users also shared funny memes speaking about boycotting the film.

Tweets such as, “#CoolieNo1 is too release soon, now I understood; why @Varun_dvn was supporting #SSR fans and asking for justice..,” “Yes. @Varun_dvn be ready for the big failure of your movie #CoolieNo1” and more such tweets and memes have surfaced on Twitter.




In the recent past, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur’s starrer Sadak 2’s trailer was massively targeted by people post the nepotism fire wrapped the star kids in it after SSR’s death.
