The rumours of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif do not seem to end. Now, several rumours suggest that the actor duo had a private and special Roka ceremony at director Kabir Khan’s home in Mumbai. 

The ceremony took place on Diwali day as both families considered it to be an auspicious date. 

A recent ETimes report quoted a source saying that Vicky and Katrina opted to travel in different cars to avoid the paparazzi and media attention. 



The Roka ceremony was an intimate affair with only family by the couple's side. The ceremony saw the attendance of Vicky’s brother Sunny and parents, Kat had her sister Isabelle and mom Suzanne by her side.

Owing to years of friendship, Kabir Khan, who has worked with Kat in multiple hit films, regards her as family and was more than willing to play host for this beautiful occasion.

The intimate Roka ceremony saw minimal decorations including lights and flowers.

Vicky and Katrina shared photos of their Diwali celebrations. Incidentally, the couple seems to have decided to keep the news to themselves. While the groom-to-be shared a photo in a sherwani, Kat posted her click in a stunning shimmery pink saree.




Interestingly, a few fans also pointed out that she also rocked some bling on her ring finger, something she doesn't do too often.

For the unversed, Katrina and Vicky are rumoured to be preparing for a December wedding and also their preferred venue for the big day at Six Senses Fort resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.


Work-wise, Katrina Kaif is currently on a promotional spree for the release of her upcoming film Sooryavanshi, which stars Akshay Kumar as the male lead.

Vicky Kaushal was recently seen in the Shoojit Sircar directorial, Sardar Udham. He has been garnering applause and praise for his stellar act in the movie.
