A lot of people across the globe have been locked up inside their own houses, thanks to the ongoing coronavirus scare, a deadly virus that has far-spread in several countries. And as a result of which, all the public places like gyms, schools, theatres, malls and colleges across Maharashtra are shut. Well, our celebrities and common people, who often spend a good time in the gym, are in a fix. However, the stunning Katrina Kaif was recently at their rescue, as she shared some easy workout at home videos for all the fitness freaks out there.
Now, jumping onto the bandwagon is her rumoured boyfriend and actor Vicky Kaushal, who has stocked up his source gains at his place. Umm, we are talking about weights and dumbbells, you guys. In a picture shared by the Raazi actor on his Instagram, we could see all his gym favourite gym equipment i.e., dumbbells and weights of different kilograms nicely organised on the floor. In his caption, Vicky revealed how he is stocking up his workout essentials amid the coronavirus quarantine. “Work(out) from Home! #QuarantineStacking ,” wrote Vicky.
As for Katrina, the Tiger Zinda Hai actress had shared a couple of tutorial videos, showing several exercises to do at home. It included squats, lunges, lifts, planks and climbers. Guess, from that’s where Vicky got his inspiration. *winks*
