Last night, post the Dabangg 3 premiere, I had an interesting encounter with an auto wala who was a crazy Salman Khan fan. Here’s what happened
The hysteria around Salman Khan is quite evident especially when his film is up for release. While Eid is considered to be Khan's favourite time to serve his fans with entertainment, this time, Salman chose Christmas for the release of his BIG FILM Dabangg 3 (Dec 20). But does that mean the euphoria of his fans gets any lesser? Hell no!
Last night, as I walked out of the Dabangg 3 premiere from PVR Juhu, I got into a rickshaw to head home. The auto wala named Abdul Khalid instantly got talking and asked me if Salman had come to the premiere. Before I could even reply, he went on a long narrative. He said that he's crazy about Salman Khan and no other hero comes close to him on his fan list. WATCH VIDEO BELOW:
The man said that he didn't even mind Race 3 and Tubelight and then told us that he has a family of 70 and at least 55 of them don't miss his films. By now, I was certainly convinced of his fandom.
So, I suggested him to someday stand outside Salman's house as the star has a habit of getting into rickshaws. He just smiled and said 'Bas uski picturein chalti rahe and woh humein entertain karta rahe'. He was quite a blind fan as he went about defending Tubelight and Race 3. My ride turned out to be quite an amusing one thanks to the conversation with this auto wala.
